Senior Beta

Camden Academy Charter High School inducted 46 students into the Senior Beta Club on Monday, May 4, representing grades 9-12 . Each student embodies the true meaning of the four pillars of the National Beta Club: Leadership, Achievement, Service, and Character.

Parents and staff were in attendance to witness the moment firsthand. The ceremony began with opening remarks from Dr. Conway and Ms. Hipp, the organizer of the event.

Current Beta member and junior Antonio Ramirez, who also volunteered during the event, shared his perspective. “I think tonight is going to be a good night. I’ve already been through this, so it’s great to see someone else deserving of induction to be here,” Ramirez said.

One of the inductees, freshman Albert Diaz III, shared what the moment meant to him. “Honestly, it feels great. I put a lot of hard work into being here, and I’m glad to be here,” he said.  “I plan to keep doing volunteer hours, and I hope the future is as bright as it seems.”

Ms. Hipp shared, “It really feels special every single time. I’m so proud of these students being inducted into National Beta takes a lot of hard work and dedication, and they’ve truly earned it. Watching them walk across the stage and receive their certificates is always such a meaningful moment. I honestly feel honored to be a part of it and to celebrate everything they’ve accomplished.”
