Congratulations - only a few more weeks until graduation!
As we prepare to celebrate your 8th grade and 12th grade Graduations, we want to inform you that balloons and high heels are not permitted at the Rosedale Field as per Camden City & County restrictions. Security guards will be at the entrance asking anyone with balloons to put them back in their car and will not allow anyone with heels to enter the field - this goes for students and families.
Please help us make graduation run smoothly and on time by following these restrictions. Thank you!

On June 3rd, Immschools will host a Dream Summit for immigrant & undocumented students and families to tap into their power and learn about their rights, access to college and entrepreneur resources. This event will be in English & Spanish.

Nurses will come to the student in the classroom in case of an emergency
Extra:
Weather permitting we will go back to waiting outside until 8am for entry into the building. This means that each child should be bundled up, for the weather. Being outside is the safest place for larger groups to congrugate, and our goal is to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.
We will try to go outside for recess as much as possible (weather permitting). Make sure you send your child to school with jackets (hats & gloves). If you have any need for winter clothes please contact the school.
NO regular After-school Program this week, including no Swim Program. We will, however, continue with boys and girls basketball, as previously scheduled.
We will go back to eating in the classroom, whenever possible to limit mixing of cohorts.
Also, there will be no use of lockers, until further notice.
Please, continue to monitor your child and keep your child home if there are any symptoms. Notify the school immediately. We ask for understanding and compliance with quarantine and isolation rules when you are contacted by the school. The health and safety of our community is a priority. This will allow our students to continue to safely learn in person.

CCSN is virtual until 1/10/22. Parents can pick up breakfast & lunch at Camden's Promise from 8:00am - 1:00pm.
After careful consideration, and review of the current Covid surge levels in our community, it is out of an abundance of caution that Camden's Charter School Network has decided to go to an all virtual structure for our first week back from break. This will include January 4- January 7, 2022. We will re-open for in-person learning on Monday, January 10th.
We hope that this virtual learning time will give our community time to quarantine from traveling and family gatherings so that we can safely return to in-person learning on January 10, 2022.
Our teachers and administrators will be reaching out through Canvas and Dojo with further instruction. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we pivot to a virtual program.
